Different material such as rocks,oil and water have different acoustic impedance,Ultrasonic Hole Imaging Logging Tool(UHI) use this theory to identify fractures or to find defects in casing.
UHI2 UHI2 is developed based on the foundation of UHI1. The new generation tool not only can implement the imaging logging mode of UHI1,full 360°imaging of inner structure of rock formation, Besides, it adds new functions include the detection of casing thickness, cement bond evaluation.
